Injection Molding: ABS /PC pellets are melted and injected into molds under high pressure to form the outer shell.
Excess material is removed, and edges are smoothed. Shells may undergo surface treatment. Painting, decal application, or graphic printing is done. This streamlined process ensures helmets meet rigorous safety demands while accommodating diverse user needs. Each helmet is visually checked for defects.
We have strict Quality Testing control processes: Impact Testing, Penetration Resistance, Strap Strength Test.
Our helmets meeting standards of DOT, C C C, which are for market approval. We are located in Shanghai with more convenient transportation access.
